Pre-ordersYour card is charged when you order, not when the mouse ships. A pre-order can be cancelled for a full refund any time before it ships. Once it ships, the return window below applies instead. For shipping address changes, contact us.
Returns30 days from the date of delivery, for any reason. The mouse can be used, but it has to come back with its original packaging and accessories. If it's faulty, we cover return shipping. If you changed your mind, return shipping is yours, and the original shipping and any duties paid at checkout are not refundable. Refunds go back to the original payment method once it reaches us and has been inspected.
Warranty1 year from delivery, and 2 years in the EU (legal minimum). It covers manufacturing defects and failures in normal use: we repair or replace the mouse and cover shipping both ways. Taking the mouse apart does not void the warranty, but modifying it does, and accidents and misuse are not covered. We can still perform repairs in these cases, and we'll quote parts and shipping first.
Where to send itPMM in Europe handles returns, replacements, and minor repairs. Everywhere else, mice come back to us in the US. Contact us first to confirm.
